Is the on-site assessment and quote free?
Yes. The first visit and quote are free of charge. You will receive a clear price after a 30–40 minute on-site review, with no commitment.
How quickly do you respond with a quote?
Within 24 hours typically, 48 hours at the latest. For urgent jobs we can respond the same day.
How long is your warranty?
Our workmanship is warranted for 2 years. Manufacturer warranties on the materials apply separately. All warranties are provided in writing.
Which areas do you serve?
Tell us your area when you contact us. If we serve your region, we evaluate the project; any extra travel/logistics costs are stated openly before the quote.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. For plumbing emergencies (water leaks, main drain blockages, boiler failures, etc.) we are available 24/7.
Do you supply the materials?
Either is possible. We often get better pricing through our suppliers, but you can also bring your own materials. The choice is yours.
Do I need to be home during the renovation?
No. Our site supervisor is on the job and we send daily status updates with photos. For key-handover preference we follow a separate protocol.
How do payments work?
For small jobs, payment is made on completion. For larger renovations we typically split it 30 / 40 / 30 in stages; this is clearly stated in the contract.
