Clarity from start to finish is a matter of how you work on site. We follow four stages; at each one, what we commit to is clear.
We understand the need first.
We start with a 15–30 minute conversation: by phone, WhatsApp or on site. The aim is not just "what do you want" but understanding your expectations, budget range and timing constraints.
Sometimes a client calls to swap a boiler, and we find the underlying plumbing is old. Clearing this up early is half of avoiding surprises later.
On-site review. Free of charge.
After the first call, we come to your place. We measure, check the existing plumbing and surfaces, take photos. This visit is free and commits you to nothing.
An experienced eye can often tell what is likely behind a wall before any demolition. That helps you weigh the options ahead of time.
One page, every line itemised.
Within 24–48 hours of the survey you get a written quote. Every line is broken out: labour, whether material is included, brand, duration. No "oh, this also came up" lines appear later.
If something unexpected appears (for example a hidden issue after demolition), we inform you immediately and, if you wish, issue a written addendum. The call is yours.
Starts on the promised day, finishes on the planned one.
A supervisor leads the job; you get a short status update at end of day. You do not need to be home. The work area is tidied daily; on completion the site is left spotless.
Workmanship is covered for 2 years post-handover; material warranties match the manufacturer. Provided in writing.
